Top 20 Universities in the UK

The following list is a list of universities that are ranked among the top universities in the United Kingdom. Many of the members on the list are "Russel Group" Universities, and belong to the United Kingdom version of the Ivy League in the U.S. Russel Group universities receive a large amount of research funding from the government. There are many different critria which can be used to select a university and ranking can be just one of them. Other factors include quality of life, subject ranking a many other factors.
