The English Language Centre, Brighton, founded in 1962, is a not-for-profit charitable educational foundation with a strong commitmentto providing quality English language teaching and excellent student services.They understand that everyone is unique with different needs and different goals. From your first contact with them, they will provide you with individual attention.Their whole team of staff is dedicated to providing you with excellent courses in a warm, friendly and professional environment, as well as caring for every aspect of your stay.
ELC offers a wide range of courses including general English, university and exam preparation (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEIC, TOEFL), English for Business and Courses for Teachers of English. You can also combine language study with a Work Experience Programme. Whatever your learning needs or ability, they can help you to build your future.
Every year they welcome students from all over the world. As well as attending a course they come to make new friends and to experience English life and culture. To help our students achieve these aims they arrange accommodation mostly with host families and provide a comprehensive social programme.
