Keele named as cheapest university town in the UK

A report by credit card company Marbles.com has revealed that Keele University in Staffordshire is the cheapest university town to study in the UK.
Other universities in the midlands also performed well with Loughborough, Coventry, Birmingham and Leicester all placing in the top ten, while Glasgow was the cheapest in Scotland.
The study looked at weekly rent and travel prices, the average cost of student gym membership, a cinema ticket, pint, and kebab at 50 university towns from across Britain.
