US Veterans and dependants of Veterans:
Richmond is registered with the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); therefore, if you are a veteran or veteran dependant student, you are qualified to apply for VA Benefits (The Post 9/11 GI Bill or DEA) to use toward your Richmond fees. Richmond is dedicated to providing support to students who are veterans and dependants of veterans. As such, Richmond offers qualifying students the Yellow Ribbon Campaign Scholarship.
To qualify for the scholarship, please obtain your “Certificate of Eligibility” (COE) from your education officer. Once you have your COE, please submit it to our Office of Financial Assistance at email@example.com. The Office of Financial Assistance can then confirm scholarship eligibility.
Upon receipt of the certificate, the Office of Financial Assistance can certify enrolment with the VA at the start of the semester for new students.
Please note: Richmond does not participate in the VA Yellow Ribbon Campaign as these funds cannot be used by students attending university outside of the United States. The Yellow Ribbon Campaign Scholarship cannot be combined with any other Richmond-issued scholarship.
