Lancaster University will offer a reduction in tuition fees for all taught Master’s programmes for eligible applicants, determined by the level of undergraduate or postgraduate award achieved. The value of the scholarship is as follows:
If you hold an undergraduate degree from Lancaster University.
20% fee reduction for 1st Class Hons degree holders.
10% fee reduction for 2:1 Hons degree holders.
Note: there is a 20% fee reduction on all postgraduate taught programmes delivered by Lancaster Medical School for MBChB holders (including those who studied at Lancaster University who have degrees awarded by the University of Liverpool).
If you already hold a postgraduate degree from Lancaster University.
For students who intend to take a second taught master’s programme at Lancaster University.
20% fee reduction for Master’s with Distinction degree holders.
10% fee reduction for Master’s with Merit degree holders.
Note: the Alumni Loyalty Scholarship will be based on the most recent programme of study undertaken at Lancaster University.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the Alumni Loyalty Scholarship you must either:
Hold an undergraduate or master’s degree from Lancaster University (achieved at any time) or
Hold an undergraduate or master’s degree from Lancaster University, achieved at any time, including one delivered through an associated institution, or
Have graduated from one of our partner institutions with a Lancaster University degree (LU Ghana, Sunway University Malaysia or LU College – BJTU Weihai China, UA92, Blackpool and the Fylde College and Blackburn College) or
Have studied at Lancaster University via our Study Abroad programme.

The Scholarship is open to all our Alumni, regardless of their nationality or year of graduation.
For high-achieving international applicants. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee waiver for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes (excluding MBA programmes) for 2023 entry.

A scholarship of £5,000 for applicants joining Part 1 of our undergraduate programmes.
A scholarship of £5,000 for the first year of entry is available for students joining Postgraduate Taught programmes (excluding MBA programmes) who apply by the 28th February 2023.
Who is eligible?
Undergraduate Awardees must achieve A*A*A at A level or equivalent.
For Postgraduate Taught Awardees (excluding applicants to MBA programmes), please refer to the equivalent qualifications information.
The Lancaster Global Scholarship is available for eligible applicants to all full-time and part-time taught undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught degree-level programmes, offered fully on-campus at Lancaster University for October 2023 entry.
Applicants must be in receipt of either a conditional or an unconditional offer for a place at Lancaster University for October 2023 entry, which you have accepted (non‐UCAS applications) or accepted firmly (UCAS applications).
The scholarship is only available to undergraduate students joining Part 1 of our degree programmes.
Fully funded applicants are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applicants applying from 1+3, 2+2 and pre-masters programmes offered by Lancaster University articulation partners, are not eligible for this scholarship.
Partially funded applicants for less than 50% of their fees would be eligible for this scholarship.
Awardees must be classed as Overseas or International fee-paying students for tuition fee purposes, for the duration of their studies. If you are awarded the scholarship and are subsequently reassessed as a ‘Home’ fee-payer, you will no longer be eligible for the scholarship.

We greatly value the experience and diversity of our thriving international community of students. This scholarship is designed to support and attract international students from a range of international countries to Masters degree programmes offered by our Management School.
This scholarship is awarded as a fee waiver and will be automatically awarded if students meet the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions outlined below.

Fully funded applicants are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applicants to the MBA programme are not eligible for this scholarship.
Applicants applying from articulation partners and pre-masters programmes offered by Lancaster University are not eligible for this scholarship.
Partially funded applicants for less than 50% of their fees would be eligible for this scholarship.

For 2022 entry, if an applicant is eligible for both the Global Scholarship and the Lancaster Business Masters Scholarship, only the scholarship of the highest value will be awarded.
