University of Warwick offer British Council Scholarships for Indian women for STEM subjects

British Council is celebrating 70 years of its presence in India in 2018. As part of 70th anniversary, British council is awarding scholarships to Indian women to study STEM subjects at UK’s higher education institute. The University of Warwick is amongst them. The University of Warwick in collaboration with British Council announces a number of scholarships for the coming intake.

This scholarship programme is part of British Council’s endeavour to be a partner in India's economic growth, and to meet the knowledge ambitions of states across India. The scholarships will offer the women the chance to work in world-class research environments and collaborate in international research teams.

The departments at Warwick that offer master courses to potential female candidates from India who are keen and interested in studying STEM related courses are:

In addition to this, WMG’s Women in Engineering Scholarship opportunity is open to all women who are pursuing one of three, eligible full-time Master's programmes and starting studies in September 2019. The scholarship of a minimum of 10% tuition fee discount based on candidates' academic and professional achievements is offered to the female candidates who are accepted onto one of the three MSc courses below:
