In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, UEA is offering 6 scholarships, one each to students in Bangladesh, China, Ghana, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam, for applicants to postgraduate courses commencing in September 2023.  

These awards are competition based and worth £10,000 each.  They cannot be combined with any other UEA award. 


The Great Scholarships will be open to all passport holding nationals of the chosen countries who hold an offer of a place on a UEA postgraduate taught degree for September 2023 entry. These scholarships cannot be awarded in combination with any other UEA award.

What does it cover? 

There are six scholarships of £10,000 available, one for each country.  Scholarships will take the form of tuition fee reduction.
