SI-UK opens first office in United Arab Emirates

SI-UK is delighted to announce that it has officially opened its first office in the UAE.
The objective of this new office is to provide local students with a high quality counselling and admissions service to study A-Level, foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate courses at partnered UK universities.
Zaheer Abbas Malik, the Country Director, will be leading operations. Zaheer is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAP (Pak) and ICAEW (UK), as well as being a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA- ISACA USA). He holds 15 years of extensive working experience in the development of national and international projects related to recruiting, management, training and internal audits.
The UAE student population has expanded by seven per cent in the last five years, making it the fastest growing private education market with a value of $1.9 billion. Due to this growth, the number of student applications also rose for the UK. There were nearly 3,000 UAE students studying in the UK last year.
