Report: SI-UK Sales Retreat 2022 at Novotel Goa

The SI-UK India team celebrated a year of hard work and success in 2021 at their first-ever sales retreat in Novotel, Goa.

The 3-day event witnessed the celebration and recognition of the pillars of SI-UK India, whose hard work helped us achieve our targets and reach milestones.

A number of awards were given out by Sales Head, Ruchi Sabharwal, who also hosted the event.

The ceremony began with a thank you note from SI-UK’s Global Director, Dwayne Gallagher. 

“As the senior sales team of India, you all played a crucial role in the success and development of SI-UK.  As sales representatives, you become the voice and face of the company.  SI-UK has grown very impressively over the last 3 years in India and globally.

"Going from 5,000 students enrollments in 2020 to 9,500 in 2021, with a forecast to 18,000 this year, 2022. This no doubt makes SI-UK the single largest recruiter to UK universities in the world. We are in a very exciting and unprecedented growth phase and we represent more UK universities in India than any other agency. And the reason for the success is due to the quality of our sales team.”

The next person to come on stage was SI-UK India director, Mr Puneet Soin.

Mr Soin was also a recipient of the “Above and Beyond” award for his 10+ years of loyal service at SI-UK. Puneet delivered a heartfelt welcome speech where he shared his experience of watching SI-UK India grow from a start-up to a brand.

“Today is a remarkable day in our journey. I saw these things many years back when we were starting this company. We saw other international brands hosting such events and I hoped someday we will have events like this. This event is kind of a success story for all of you. The respect we are getting as a brand is visible.

"UK universities are visiting our branches all around the country which reflects their trust in us. I would like to see this company grow as a household name for studying in the UK. Everybody knows everything. It matters how you are going to implement it, and I think, as SI-UK, we have rocked it. We have implemented things very nicely. And this is the reason why everything was so successful and why we are all celebrating this success here today at this event.”
