UK to lift all international travel restrictions from February 11th

25 January 2022

The UK government has announced that all COVID-19 testing measures for eligible fully vaccinated travellers arriving in the UK will be removed from February 11th.

The changes, which will come into effect from 4am on the 11th February, mean that:

  • All testing is to be removed for fully vaccinated arrivals
  • Travellers under 18 will be considered as fully vaccinated

All travellers will still need to complete a passenger locator form pre-arrival, whilst non-vaccinated travellers will still need to take a pre-departure PCR test and another on Day 2.

As Coronavirus restrictions in the UK come to an end, now is the time to begin your 2022 UK university application by arranging a free consultation with SI-UK London today.
