Figures released by UCAS for 2021 have shown a huge increase in the number of international students choosing to study in Wales.
Welsh institutions saw the biggest increase of all home nations - including Ireland and Scotland - with 1,875 international students accepting a place, a 19% rise on 2020. The total number of applicants accepted by Welsh universities is also up 1.5% on last year, making Wales the only UK nation to see an overall increase.
Professor Iwan Davies, Chair of Global Wales, said: “By coming to Wales, international students play an invaluable role in diversifying and internationalising our campuses and communities at a time when retaining an international outlook is more important than ever."

My consultant was very helpful and motivating. She helped me every step of the way, even when the deadline was so close. I feel I could not have done it without her. I'd highly recommend this service to any and all of my many friends interested.
