University of Sussex Central Foundation Year Programme wins award

The University of Sussex Central Foundation Year Programme has won won a Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence from Advanche HE.
The Central Foundation Year Programme has supported around 2,000 students to not only progress into their chosen degree subject, but to do so from a position of confidence and with the ability to realise their potential.
Senior Lecturer Dr Graeme Pedlingham said: “We’re thrilled to have been recognised with this prestigious national award for our work with the Central Foundation Year programme. Since launching in 2015, the Programme at Sussex has gone from strength to strength and this award reflects the whole team’s exceptional teaching expertise, collaborative spirit and care."
