Eligibility

he University of Dundee is pleased to announce the 2023/24 Humanitarian Scholarship.

We welcome applications from applicants who:

  • Hold an academic offer of entry for a postgraduate taught programme in any of our academic schools, beginning in September 2023. The programme must be a full 180 credit postgraduate taught course, on campus;

  • Have Refugee or Asylum Status, or Humanitarian Protection as recognised by the 1951 UN Convention on the Status of Refugees.

  • All fee status applicants are eligible: Scottish, RUK, EU, International.

Further information

Selected candidates will receive the following;

  • Full tuition fee waiver (if study is longer than 1 year, only first year will be funded).

  • A monthly living stipend to cover living costs while in the UK.

  • A monthly allowance for accommodation in line with the University Accommodation amount.

  • Applicants can also choose to stay on campus or in private residence. Accommodation allowance will be paid directly to successful candidates, who are then responsible for the accommodation costs.
