MA TV Fiction Writing Scholarships covering full fee costs will be awarded to excellent applicants who show particular motivation and talent.

These generous scholarships are supported by industry partners including:

  • BBC Scotland
  • MG Alba (open to Gaelic speaking candidates)
  • Larkhall Films
  • David McLennan

What you get

  • full fee scholarship for Uk and E.U fee paying students or £9,000 partial fee scholarship for International students
  • *one-to one mentoring and access to Warner Bros. (if selected by WB)
  • *Creative Talent master classes in London a paid placement at a Warner Bros. or associated company (if selected by WB)

Who can apply

to be considered for this scholarship you must

• Have applied for a place on MA in Television Fiction Writing programme BEFORE submitting this application and provide evidence of this below

You MUST attach:

  • An up-to-date copy of your CV which should include employment and academic history
  • A writing sample that was submitted as part of your programme application (Must not be more than 9 pages in length)

You may attach:

  • References in support of your application
  • Financial documents supporting your Economic Need section
