The figures and estimated debt reduction indicated above are based on the Chancellor’s Scholarship. These are offered for Fall 19/Spring 20 & Fall 20/Spring 21 Academic Year entry only and may be subject to change in future intakes.
Many UK/EU students at Richmond University study over 3.5 years so the debt saving would be between £9,259.00 and £3,090.00 (excluding interest)
Terms and Conditions: 1.Continuation of the Chancellor’s Scholarship after the first year is conditional on the student achieving a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 from the previous academic year, remaining in good standing and making a positive contribution to University life. 2.The government is currently reviewing fees in the UK, and the University reserves the right to alter the scholarship offer should the fees be reduced. The University will still endeavour to provide scholarships that provide students value for money and help students reduce student fee debt. Currently the Chancellor’s Scholarship is based upon a fee of £9,250. Those students who have received an offer of the scholarship, and in receipt of, will continue to receive a scholarship which will see a reduction of their fees up to a third (as in the current offer). 3.The SFE calculation does not include other scholarships from other Universities, however, Richmond University offers its scholarship on an annual basis. 4.The SFE tuition loan is charged at 6.1% per month from the start of your degree to the end on a monthly basis of the outstanding amount. 5.The final calculation excludes interest and is based on 48 months and 36 months comparison, it is acknowledged that Universities will vary with start and completion times. 6. The scholarships may vary if fee changes. 7. Scholarships are available for 2020 only. 8.Chancellor’s Scholarship does not pertain to RIASA programmes; BA International Sports Management with Football (Leeds).
