Durham University named Sports University of the Year 2023 by the Times University Guide

Durham University has been named the Sports University of the Year 2023 by the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide.
With over 75% of Durham students engaged in sport and physical activity, £47 million having been invested in sporting facilities since 2012, and as a top 3 mainstay in the BUCS university league table since 2012, sport and exercise is central to the Durham University ethos.
Durham also ranked 6th overall in the Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023.
