Mary Agbu

Country Director

Mary is a Law graduate of University of London called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. She started off with Law practice but followed her passion with a career turn in the sphere of Education. She has 15 years experience in Education UK marketing at both the British Council Nigeria and a longer service period with Kaplan International as Regional Director for West Africa. She has had a successful career in Education promotion and marketing with great strides in this field while building strong contacts in both the Nigeria and the UK Education industry.

Mary currently works as the Executive Director of Multiplan Pathway College which she set up in 2017. The above puts her in an ideal position to lead and advance SI-UK in Nigeria and to provide optimal service standards in the UK Higher Education market for Nigerian students.


Abimbola Adesanya

Marketing Manager

Bimbo is a Guidance and Counselling graduate from Tai Solarin University of Education. She has over 10 years work experience in the Banking and Event planning industry with specialization in marketing and enterprise development. In the last three years she has worked as Navitas In-Country Representative and Student Counsellor in British Canadian International Education (BCIE). She is very passionate about advising on study abroad options as they pertain to career development, academic planning and supporting University placement.


Francisca

Recruitment Manager

Francisca Ugbode is a Graduate of Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Ibadan and National Open University of Nigeria, respectively; she has professional Qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (AAT) and has qualified from the business school of Entrepreneurship Development Centre, an affiliate of Central bank of Nigeria.

In the last 6 years she has worked in the capacity of a project manager in various organizations out of which one of them was the MTN project fame season 8 and as an acting Manager/Education Counselor at the British Canadian International Education, she is very passionate about guiding and advising individuals on achieving their set goals particularly in their Academic and Career choice, and also Personality Development.


Chidiebere Nwankwo

Senior Counsellor /Events and Visits Executive

Chidiebere holds a B.Tech degree in Environmental Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (Nigeria). He has extensive experience in planning and execution of events and visits. He shows a high level of dedication and resourcefulness in effectively carrying out his role as an education counsellor and has provided valuable support in university placement within the past 2 years.


Arthur Ochin

Senior Counsellor/ Representative

Arthur holds a double major bachelor’s degree in Business Management and International studies from Monash University Australia. He has worked with Educational Consulting companies in Nigeria and participated in various education-training courses. He is well grounded in providing the necessary counseling and support required for effective student placement.


Mayowa Odebode

Education Counsellor

Mayowa holds a BA in Information Technology and Business Information Systems from Middlesex University. He has developed strong interpersonal skills over the past three years while working with NGOs that provide educational support to Nigerian students from less affluent socio – economic backgrounds.  He has worked with branding and fintech companies in Nigeria as both a UI designer and digital marketer.


Claire Adamate

Education Counsellor

Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from National Open University of Nigeria. She is an experienced professional teacher with 3 years of teaching experience in Salvation Day School. She also worked for a year with Heroes Educational Consult as a Student Counsellor. She has a great passion for counselling and guiding student.
