Scholarships at Loughborough University London

If you’re planning on studying a taught programme at our London campus, you may be eligible for a scholarship.

The Alumni Bursary automatically awards graduates of Loughborough University 10% off the full cost of our master's tuition fees, regardless of their programme or nationality. There is no selection process for this scholarship, as all Loughborough University Alumni are entitled to this award.

• Award value: 10% towards the full cost of tuition fees

• Eligible programmes: All taught masters programmes.

From September 2024, this bursary can be combined with the Excellence Scholarship, meaning Loughborough University alumni with a first-class degree will be eligible for a total fee deduction of 30%

UK and International Scholarship (First-class degree)

• Eligible programmes: All Postgraduate Taught Programmes offered by Loughborough University London.

• Amount: 20% of tuition fees which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.

• Criteria and eligibility: Self-funding students who obtain a first-class degree or international equivalent and are not in receipt of any other University award, except for the Alumni Bursary. Self-funding means not sponsored by an employer or government organisation.

• Application procedure: You will automatically be considered for a scholarship on the basis of your application and final degree result. No separate scholarship application is required.

To apply for our Global Excellence Scholarship you must:

• Be an offer holder at Loughborough University London – this scholarship is not open to applicants for courses on our East Midlands Campus

• Demonstrate disruptive thinking and a commitment to change in one of our three strategic themes ‘Climate Change, Vibrant and Inclusive Communities and Wellbeing’
