Do you have GREat academic skills?

Students who prepare for university through developing their independent learning and academic study skills are highly valued by the University of Greenwich, which is why we have a scholarship for new students who have participated in GREat Skills, our bespoke academic skills programme, prior to joining the University.

What is included?

A £2000 cash scholarship paid to you in three instalments in your first year of study.

Who is eligible?

To receive the GREat Skills Scholarship, you must:

  • have participated in GREat Skills, completing a minimum of 4 sessions
  • have chosen the University of Greenwich as 'Firm' on UCAS Track
  • be a full-time undergraduate joining in Year 0 or Year 1 of a BA/BEd/BSc/LLB/BEng/MEng or MMath programme (excluding Medway School of Pharmacy)
  • be paying the maximum tuition fee of £9,250
  • Studying at one of our three campuses: Avery Hill, Medway, Greenwich

What happens after I've applied?

A committee will review all of the applications received; and award scholarships on this basis. We will aim to contact you with the outcome of your application by the end of September.
