What is Management?

The academic subject of Management examines the latest methods in planning and organizing, effective leadership and use of resources (human, financial, technological and natural) and how best to control an organization or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. The study of Management often focuses on a specific industry such as the Tourism, Financial or IT sector. What is Business Studies?

A course in Business Studies may combine the study of Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing and/or Organisational Behaviour.
